Piglet giving his house to Owl

So having a child, I am watching this again for the 8000th time, and I do still love it, having grown up with it as a child.

But lately, something has bothered me. The blustery day and owl looses his house, so Eeyore is on a mission to find him a new house. And they are all gathered and Eeyore say's I've found it! and it's Piglet's house. How come every one except Eeyore and Owl know it's Piglet's house? Were Eeyore & Owl never invited over? And then they change the one hero party into a two hero party because Piglet gave up is house, but what about Eeyore finding the house? Granted it's someone else's house, but he didn't know that.

Gosh!!

It bothers me. In what world is it fair that piglet give up his house that had been handed down from his grandfather? And you are right, there is no logical reason for owl and eeyore not to know its piglet's house.

Abide.

Maybe because Eeyore offered the house without first getting Piglet's consent.
