its the fact that its so trashy that makes it work as well as it does, however I can totally understand why anyone would write it off. I haven't marked this movie out of ten, because it just cannot stand up to an out of ten rating. There are reasons why this film deserves ten (totally disturbing, sickening, violent, terrifying) and reasons why it deserves zero (abysmal post-dubbing...actually, can't think of any others myself, but never mind) - this kind of no-fi filmmaking is never going to sit well with everyone.

Basically, don't slag someone off for hating this movie - don't try and tell me that you don't understand why. I loved it, but wouldn't dream of suggesting that someone was a moron if they thought it was awful.

This is truly the best you can express yourself? What a desperate attempt at communication and, worst yet, what a waste of taxpayer's money for the hours spent "educating" you.

This film's resolutely scuzzy atmosphere adds greatly to its overall grim and unnerving impact. This is pure 70's grindhouse horror filth at its unflinchingly sleazy zenith.
