The leads mentioned in previous threads are not viable. Jon Jost's web page stopped answering e-mails months ago and now he has lost the domain name for the site. Cinefile and Vidiots each have a copy, but they are local video rental stores that don't ship. Since they are on the west coast, and I'm on the east, it's not a practical option.
Any viable leads would be deeply appreciated.
