William Shatners character is heartless

Right before Shat fights off the spiders with a fire extinguisher he yells for the little girl to jump off the bed that is full of spiders only to throw the little girl onto the floor with more spiders! I couldn't help but laugh.

And when Will The Shat Shatner brings the new blonde girl, who arrived in town one day ago, to his dead brother's wife he knows wants him for ages and says, "Is it all right?" She says yes yes with a huge smile then bursts into tears when he's gone.
He shoulda just asked, "Ok if slap you in the face?"
She shoulda told him to Rack off, lol.

"Isn't that like buying the cow and giving the milk away?"
"...one of these mornings I'm gonna show up and start milking that cow."
[Rack giggles and holds his hands up in a clawing manner, as if in a creepy premonition of what's to come.]

"That's what is great about this part of the country. Everybody KNOWS everybody."

I was under the impression that he didn't know his brother's widow was interested in him. He thought of her as a sister. He was asking for her approval of the new girl. That's why he got the confused look on his face when she ran into the house.

Also why he mourned when she was killed.

reply

Probably because at the very least they were close friends. She was definitely into him a bit more.

I like when, after he got shot down with his advances toward the bug lady, he subsequently ran her car off the road and abducted her. Things were a lot different back in the 1970s.

Thats how I met my wife
