My friend told me the other day about some sort re-release for Killer Of Sheep after he remembered me mentioning it and relayed the news on.

Is there any more detailed info on this anywhere? Locations for showings etc.

Also could this mean that they'll release a DVD over here after that like they did for the US last year?

It'd be great if it is.

I found this film very effective and interesting when I watched a VHS rip of it a while ago. I'd love to see it as it should be.

Saw it last night at the BFI South Bank, where it's showing until 15 July. Also at Brixton Ritzy and Barbican. No idea if showing outside London though.

I saw it at BFI South Bank on Saturday too! Wish they would turn the volume up, I was straining to hear...

The BFI is putting out a DVD release of the film in October. No specs available, but retail price is 16.00.
