The main thing I remember about this movie (haven't seen it in at least 15 years) is the music. I still make my brother laugh when I "sing" it.
I wish I could find this on DVD or VHS, it's probably only on VHS and out of print.

share"Ants" recently came out on DVD; I bought it at WalMart in a two-for-one value pack with "Tarantulas: The Deadly Cargo" for only $5.17.

The music in this film is very similar in many respects to that in the earlier TV film GARGOYLES. The weird percussive effects clicks and squeeks, particularly in the shots of the ants just crawling over things are in the same bag as the Gargoyle music of the earlier film.

By coincidence football player turned actor Bernie Casey is in BOTH of the movies Ants and Gargoyles. Casey plays star Robert Foxworth's foreman in Ants and the main gargoyle in Gargoyles. Casey is also a respected figure in the American art scene.
