Does anyone recognize where this picture was filmed? Does the resort hotel still exist?

The hotel itself is called the Qualicum College Inn. And its not in Vancouver. It is on Vancouver Island. Town called Qualicum Beach. The hotel still exists, even though its being converted to condominiums as we speak.

there's a new book on amazon.com called TELEVISION FRIGHT FILMS OF THE 1970S that talks about this film.
