Is the Region-1 DVD cut?

There are some 'things' in this trailer that were not in the film.

Perhaps Evelyne's breasts were the only absence, and it was only just to secure a PG-13, but still, if Quentin Tarantino is responsible for releasing it, the integrity of (or lack thereof) the original cut should be preserved, and the intended demographic is probably of the proper age.

Is there a DVD release that is uncut?
