Gauntlet vs Gantlet
Loved the movie - certainly a favorite of mine, but... Shouldn't the movie have been called "The Gantlet" instead of the "The Gauntlet"? A gantlet is actually what Clint and Sondra have to pass through at the end.
shareactually, i remember that WAS this movie's title, I recall its TV debut. It has a climactic bus shooting which is utterly ridiculous? I remember it as mediocre, but pretty sure its the same movie, originally titled 'The Gantlet'. I wonder if this is an imdb thing, because it causes conflicting results when you search for The Gauntlet (1952) on international browsers. Weird that i know that, but its true.
