A bit of trivia - I joined the Royal Australian Navy with Paul Couzens in 1971, 160 of us spent 12 months at HMAS Leeuwin in Fremantle WA as Junior Recruits prior to heading off as fully trained and schooled sailors. Paul went off to become a Stoker (Marine Technician) I believe. I bumped into him around the fleet and various bars in the years after - the last time I bumped into him was just after he had completed the making of The FJ Holden.

Would be interested to see what he has done since and what he is doing now.

Did you ever find Paul again? Does he have a social media account somewhere? I love this movie, would be nice to ask him about the filming of this cult classic :-)
