That's Pamela Susan Shoop. One of the sexiest women of the 70's and 80's. You can see that perfect rack of hers in Halloween II. Sucks that she get's killed off in the movie.
Poor woman should have been a bigger star but appearing in this movie plus every cheezy T.V. show of the 70's and early 80's didn't help. I always thought she had a Sandra Bullock like charm about her only better looking. 20 some odd years later and I still have dreams about her in that silver low cut dress she wore in an episode of Buck Rogers.
Yes, I have fond memories of her in that episode as well. Apparently, she has not only beauty, but brains. Here's an incredibly perceptive personal quote of hers.
