UGH they cut out a ton of stuff on ABC Family

Kermit's voiceovers
The entire Ain't No Hole In the Washtub scene, which also explains what happened to Ma Otter's piano--this was my favorite song!
The part when the Riverbottoms first arrive at the music store and the fish spits in the guy's face who owns the fruit stand
Emmett bringing in the Christmas branch, it also just randomly cuts to the end of the scene of Ma and Emmett going down the slide
Ma arriving at the Talent contest, and the scenes of everybody backstage

Seriously, why can't channels that run a special just once a year, air it uncut?

I believe Kermit is still missing due to legal matters. All the others seem to be for running time likely to maximize the number of commercials. Yeah, it sucks.

Wasn't there two main scenes Kermit was in? THe opening, when the River BOttom Boys bullied him, and the end where he is in audience watching Ma, Emmet and his band playing in the restaurant.

I think that's all we "see" him in. There may have more voice-overs. I haven't cracked out my DVDs for the annual viewing. I have both the Kermit and non-Kermit versions.

I heard Kermit's voice over in the beginning in the One Bathing Suit song but other than that yeah his voice isn't heard
