Slow but well made

This is a slower film, but it has some excellent film work and action. Each duel is distinct from the next and the character personalities come through each approach to the fight. The costumes are great. The scenery is beautiful. The locations (shot in France to save on set costs) are as much a character of the film. It was worth the view.
