Did I miss something? Just watched the film and my favorite character, Grizelda Brown, just seems to vanish from the film with no explanation after being a main character for the first hour. What happened to her?

she was killed when the guest house collapsed on top of her.

Thanks. Must have been a quick shot or scene. I watched it with a friend and he couldn't figure out what happened to her either. We must have been talking to each other when it happened!

That was early in the movie and he saw his lottery ticket and his damn bank book or deposit slip.

"Lady's 'Handbag' " Grizelda was probable my favorite in the movie- i wanted her to last till the end of the film
