Isn't it more appropriate to have one in these current contentious times?

As much as I hate remakes, this could use one. Slightly tighter script and bigger budget and you'd have a winner. Of course the lead would have to be a strong one.
Too bad there are no actresses as pretty as in the 70's, though. ;)
