Is the Astral Video release of Death Weekend (1976) the original and uncut version of the film?

Only Astral's French-dubbed tape is uncut. Their English tape is cut, no doubt for the US market. See my notes in the alternate versions section for details:

I did get a DVD-R uncut, with English sound, on ioffer.com (listing says uncut). A brighter, bit better pic than the US VHS.
