This is a standard ghost story, but a fun addition to the DVD. This was apparently the original pilot for "Dead of Night" and aired on ABC on August 26, 1969.
Yes, I remember seeing a preview for 'A Darkness at Blaisedon' at the end of some of my old Dark Shadows VHS tapes and it looked very interesting to me, but I didn't think I'd ever be able to get a copy. Then I found out it was on the extra features of the 'Dead of Night' DVD and I had been wanting to see Dead of Night for a while anyways, so I knew I had to get myself a copy. It is a fun show and it's too bad it's the only episode. I would've loved if they turned it into an entire series.
