Derivitive of Mother Jugs and Speed

This film is essentially Mother Jugs and Speed but about cops. And with absolutely no plot.

I mean, Mother Jugs and Speed was also episodic, but there was a central plot to it all. The Choirboys was just random nonsense. And the sets were horrible. Im thinking the park scenes in particular. Why couldnt they just shoot in an actual park?

Anyway, Im sure Im not the only one who noticed the similarities. And the gross difference in quality. Mother Jugs and Speed was great. The Choirboys...not so much.
