Someone has suggested that the long haired boy who calls off Mrs. Whitfield's dog (about 5 minutes in) was played by Rosalie Cole.

This seems probable, as 'his' cap is pulled down over 'his' face, and there is a distinct lack of child actors in the film. Rosalie is hardly a spring chicken, and the Halloween party is particularly farcical, with the 'children' outside and completely silent.
