Is there a better Quality Unedited?

I saw the unedited scenes on Terror on Tape. REALLY FUN AND GORY! The quality of the scene was even better than the quality I have on this DVD I bought. Does anyone, with their ear on the ground, know when there will be a better quality unedited DVD release? I am not looking for hi-res or anything crazy like that, just a viewable copy with the uncut scenes in place.
