At least the copy I had was. I reviewed it for my horror movie review site and that was the first word I could think of to describe it. Orange.

If you're referring to the Mill Creek Entertainement version, yes, it's absolutely awful. The kind that makes your eyes bleed. But I found a great french TV rip. The movie ain't better but, at least it's watchable.
shareI've got the old UK (Pal) Intervision video, and I'm pleased to say it's in bright, natural colours. So the orange problem must be with later releases, not the original movie.
