Both of the movies are good so I don´t really want to compare them.
Both Ronja Rövardotter och Bröderna Lejonhjärta are good movies.

I second that! Both are good! And I have both novels in my always-growing book collection.

In short - this is a story about courage, and about being able to stand up for a just cause even though you are afraid. It is your duty.

Ronja is a variation of the classical Romeo and Juliet theme, set in a medieval environment with mystical creatures in it.
