scenes of 70's dudley

i don't remember a great amount from this movie (as i watched it a few years after it came out) but i do recall small parts of the film were set in the town of Dudley, West Midlands. i imagine this is the only movie ever to have scenes of Dudley in it?! it was set in 70's Dudley too, before the Merry Hill complex came along and wiped the quality shops away. the movie must've had an effect on me as i still think fondly of it even after 20 odd years! i hope i can track it down, or it gets a release on DVD someday.
