Im writing my own Black Panther script

I recently learned about Donald Neilson and ive been heavily researching into his life,i was a bit disappointed to see that they have already made a Black Panther film but i would like to see it,does anybody know how i could see it online?
Im also curios to see any documentary's available on him.
The film that im writing at the moment is focused on his life as a kid up until his jail sentence.
Although a lot of it will be fictional,i intend to stay true to most of it just the parts that we dont know about. So mostly his younger life etc
