Ive seen other David Hamilton movies ( tender cousins, laura ) and while I thought they were pretty I found the plots rather silly and boring.Is this one any better?

True. Laura isn't that bad. I just thought Dawn Dunlaps acting was kinda bad and I found her somewhat unattractive though. Well Thanx for the imput.

I thought she was kinda dopey eyed and slack jawed. David Hamilton has an eye for beautiful young women so what went wrong that time? Plus she was so skinny I thought her bones where going to come tearing through her skin at any moment. That one scene where shes dancing around naked in slow motion made me cringe and shudder.

That sounds like a lot of teenage girls I used to know in high school. Is it a coincidence that "Laura"/Dawn Dunlap was 16 herself and fits the description Dawn Dunlap eventually grew up to look better. It's too bad she was not cast in significant work.

I guess my ? is also how can a 26 year old woman play a teenager? She was born in 1951 & the movie is listed as 1977!

She looks quite old for the part; it's not at all convincing.
