She was wonderful. Her beauty is often commented upon, while her acting talent is disparaged, but that is far from the case. Her inner turmoil and struggle to retain her dignity, composure, and self-concept were moving to watch. Her face had a remarkable, subtle transparency. It is a shame that she did not receive wider acclaim in her lifetime.
shareIt's a shame she kind of disappeared about 2/3 of the way through the film. She got shot in the leg, but survived the assassination attempt, and that was it.
shareYes, it would have been nice to have some resolution. Her storyline was just discarded. There was some hint that a relationship between her and Inspector Santini might develop, but then Santini's family became the focus of Nanni's vengeance and she was just crowded out.
