In Australia (where I am) its M-15+
There's no gore, nudity, bad language(if i can remember)
it has supernatural themes and a dark story which is why it may have particular ratings...Im not real sure

i just got the DVD but i have not seen it yet i want to find out if i still want to see this (i am 23)

No, it's not gory. It's a psychological film that makes you think.
