I saw an image of this film online which depicted fellatio ... is this true?
Is it available on DVD anywhere in the world? VHS even?? Is it any good?

You can download the cut version here, which, taking into account the title of your thread, may be cold comfort. It's an interesting film, though, and it loses nothing by the excision of the infamous, unsimulated sex scene:
