The government/military guy

I love how the Chief-of-Staff type guy is always just sitting
all alone in his little Situation Room. Such a heavy burden
to bear, being the only one allowed to use the red telephone.

He's just sitting there in front of his cheap light-up World Map.
Watch closely right before one of his calls to the train depot.
Chief-of-Staff guy is playing with little toy boats, as if
planning some major military strategy...

...off the East Coast of Africa??!??

This film does so much with so little, I love it.
