Shock vs. Beyond the Door 2
I've seen this film as "Beyond the Door II"... what is the difference between BTD and Shock?

As far as I can tell it is the same, bar the title obviously. By the way, the film has no relationship to Beyond the Door, it was renamed purely as a marketing strategy.
shareThis film is titled Beyond the Door II and there is also a film called Amok Train that is titled Beyond the Door III. The only thing Shock has in common with Beyond the Door is that they both deal with the supernatural and star David Colin Jr. Amok Train has even less in common as it is only produced by the director of the first one. I think the title was stolen only to make more money for the films. I like the first two very much so I always watch them back to back even though they aren't technically sequels. But I'm not really a fan of the third. It has great visuals, good cinematography, and cool death scenes but it is still kind of boring and a chore to get through all 95 minutes so I think I'll skip it this time around.
