A mans movie here

I'm currently reading to the last man by Jeff shaara and am getting into ww1. I was about to watch flyboys again, but saw this movie and gave it a chance since I know 70s movies are usually good.
Sick blood and guts, frank look at shellshock, and great representation of how a ww1 pilots days were alwas numbered.
Insanely sick scene of the burning man jumping from the plane.
