Abba the movie on DVD-one complaint

I just bought a widescreen copy from amazon canada because there was a delay in the US release. The movie looked great. I had an old VHS copy I bought off ebay. The only problem I have is that when they roll the credits, "Thank you for the Music" is playing. As the credits end there is about a minute of "exit music" that is not included. They just cut it off. Music in movies, especially this one is very important to me. The VHS copy I have and the one I taped off of TCM has the entire song. I can't believe they would not include the entire song. The only other gripe I have is there is no extra footage as there was on ABBA in Concert. I can only hope they will release a Special Edition later on. Still this is the best musical ever made or will ever be made.

That sounds a sloppy oversight. One rightly expects such a DVD release to include absolutely everything from the original.

There was a 2 disc set released in many territories (I hope you US fans were able to get it). Alas, the main extra feature was a chat in Swedish between Bjorn, Benny, Lasse Hallstrom and (off camera) Carl Magnus Palm. Despite long held wishes that the full version of The Girl With The Golden Hair would be included, I think that wish won't happen. This 2 disc set is probably as good as it gets, and as w22nuschler says, the music fades out with the picture at the end.
