Interesting similarity to Peter Proud

"The Reincarnation of Peter Proud" (1975) with Jennifer O'Neill in a supporting role has the title character experiencing visions of a murder that occurred years earlier. Both are caught up in recreations of these visions. I wonder if Fulci ever watched Peter Proud.

Excellent point on "The Reincarnation of Peter Proud," and props to you for remembering that excellent overlooked thriller. As for whether it influenced Fulci, I can only speculate, but the similarities (and the star) are there.
