Do you think this should be considered a goof?

In the car when Millie is talking to Pinky and they are about to go to Dodge City at the beginning, there's another vehicle right behind them in the closeup shot of Millie! But when you get to Pinky's closeup and then the next shot of Millie, it completely disappeared. Strange, much?
