Does anyone know much about this guy? I seem to recall he made a few appearances on the show wearing a full length fur coat. Is he gay, and does he have any connection, workwise or socially to Michigan?

I am the administrator for the facebook 'Blood-Sucking Monkeys From West Mifflin, Pennsylvania' page, so I have seen his name. He does post on some other SCTV related sites.
I don't know if it's really him or somebody else who stole his name.
Trudy Haalmeyer was Juul's mother, not wife. She assisted with the costumes.
