Who's your favourite character?

I find this a really tough question. I would probably say Giovanni, Max, Anna, Juan and Mr Brown.

I'm not sure why Sue Li is in the class. Her English is excellent except for her "r"s.

Mine are Ali and Ranjeet, their rivalry makes me laugh. Plus I like Giovanni and Max too.

Mr Brown of course. I have loved him since the Dr series when I was a child and still love him.

This was and still is a very funny show, I enjoy it so much.

The women on the show were all under-rated....

All of the students were likable, but I'd have to say Anna Schmidt and Su-Li were my favorites.

Mr. Brown and Danielle were my absolute favourites. I also liked Ali, Giovani, Max and Juan. The rest were great too.

Taro doesn't do much, but I love the ritual he goes through every time he speaks. Carefully stands up, steps out into the aisle, bows, then says his line. He probably wouldn't be allowed to take so much time in a modern sitcom.

Similarly, Juan's gestures when he says "Por favor?" (which at the time I thought was a rip-off of "Que?" but which took on a life of its own) and his boundless confidence - I love them.

I can't get enough of Danielle, but she wasn't given many funny lines.

But I'd say the funniest was Ranjeet - he had that incredibly ingratiating, servile manner off briliantly, yet underneath was a vicious, knife-wielding fanatic!
