2 Questions I hope Someone can help me with. Could a sea habitat really
exist at 30,000 ft? Also, how exactly did the wristbands work?

They worked on the same principle as the "Q-Ray" bracelets. In other words, they don't. Obviously (I hope) there is no such thing as a mind control bracelet. The story never really explains how they work in the fantasy world. Actually, if the mad Mr Shubert has mastered mind control, why is he even bothering with the rest of his goofy scheme? Nothing is quite as funny as bad science fiction. I forgot just how "out there" this show was. I always remembered it as more of a soap opera with a fish guy. Must be because of Patrick Duffy.

Dear RR:
You are right on that point. I'd still like to ask though, what about the undersea habitat? Could one really exist that far down?
Thank You

1: The average depth of the ocean is around 12000ft and I think at the time no sealab had been made deeper than 400ft. At a guess, some exec or writer looked this up, and did the standard hollywood "multiply by 100" stunt pretty much.

2: As for the wristbands. Who knows? Electronics at a guess, or even small mind numbing drug injectors.
