This is a mistake on the Amazon website. You can see by the picture of the box that the spine says "DVD", not blu-ray.
From the TVShowsonDVD.com announcement of Lou Grant Season 1...
The studio hasn't officially announced it yet, but an Amazon.com pre-order listing shows that a long-awaited release of Lou Grant - The Complete 1st Season is coming to stores at last, on May 3rd, from Shout! Factory. The Amazon listing says in the text that it's a Blu-ray release, but we figured that this was a typo...and we were right. In the time it took us to write up this story, package art (seen below) was added to Amazon's listing, and on the spine it clearly shows this is a DVD.
