It only ran for a couple of measly seasons. That's strange considering Grizzly Adams is such a well known classic TV character. I also really enjoyed the show as a kid. Too bad it didn't run longer than just two seasons.

I loved it as a kid as well and wondered why it was cut short

The successful movie that came before the show was a big help for the character's popularity. Without it, I'm not sure many people would remember it today.
