Raven

Does anyone know if the TV series "Raven" (1977) will ever come out on DVD? It was written by the same people who wrote "Children of the Stones" (which I haven't seen). I only have vague memories of "Raven" as I saw it more than twenty years ago, but I remember it being quite eerie. Has there been any word of a release?

AN ABANDONED boy (a pre-QUADROPHENIA PHIL DANIELS) is adopted by a kindly, wheelchair-ridden archaeologist investigating a series of caves under a stone circle. The government want to store radioactive waste there. Cue dragons, skulls, strong Arthurian links, signs of the Zodiac and all that jazz.
(TV Cream)

Don't remember this at all.

I was about six years old when I saw "Raven". (It's strange how things stay with you for so many years.) The main thing I remembered was this young medieval king who would materialize like a ghost every now and then, and press his thumb on people's foreheads. Little did I realize he would turn out to be the same guy who narrates the Blur song "Parklife"! I recently read the novelization of "Raven" and that filled in the rest of the story for me. It made me want to see the series again. Which is why I hope it'll come out on DVD one day.
