Hard to believe that it was 40 years ago this evening (May 1, 1983) that the final episode of CHiPs aired with The Return of the Brat Patrol.
A fantastic show and a very big thank you to all who contributed to CHiPs during its run from 1977-1983.
I used to love that show in its early days when I was a kid.
shareFor sure. I always find myself watching my box set each summer and really enjoying them. The show was a treasure for so many reasons. Larry and Erik were beyound superb. Great supporting cast. Fab production values. Wonderful locations and shots around L.A. And that music is pretty cool. You don't get to hear anything like that anymore.
I just watched six or seven eps from season one this past week and started a few more from season two.
