Mary Hignett aka Mrs Hall

Rewatching the shows now on YouTube, it is wonderful to be re aquatinted with this lovely series. I've taken an exceptional interest in Mrs Hall, saddened that Mary Hignett passed away in such tragic circumstances. The way Mrs a Hall is treated sometimes boarders on slavery. I know they are very fond of the housekeeper and that's her job but Tristan expecting her to carry his bags up the stairs, they have her do everything. I loved the Pig in the Middle episode and a lot of Season 3. When she came back just a little more than tipsy from her sherry tasting and the hangover the next day. Pure gold.
