Music Series 5 'A New Chapter'

I have searched the web for the song in All Creatures Great and Small, Series 5, "A New Chapter". There was a song playing in the background when Helen was sitting with Dan, it was a beautiful song and I assume it was by James Pearson since it lists him as the composure of all music for the show. Does anyone know the name of the song or where I can find it? Thanks!
