Boy with wishes

There was an episode with a boy who caught a leprechaun or geine. He was given wishes and he wished all the money in the world. The town had no money to exchange with so they incorporated a play money to use as currency. As soon as it was made usable currency, all the play money went to the boy.

Any idea what the name of this episode is?........or was I licking too many paint chips while breathing asbestos during these years?
