Song from 'The Secret Garden'

Mary sings this song whilst departing India for Misselthwaite Manor in England.
I've managed to discern some sentences throughout the song but it is hard because of the low audio quality. Anyhow, I've gathered these sentences together in consecutive order and they are as follows:

(The ellipses represent gaps/sentences that I could not make out.)

'Home, now I can hardly hear the word and to think of all the times I heard it said..
Home, home is a ever flying bird...
..I don't want to hear it..
..Please don't get my hopes up now..
..I won't call it home, I don't care what other people say..
..if I'm all alone, it isn't home anyway'

It's a short song and I was wondering if it's some kind of snippet or if it's a condensed remake of another song?
