It's torture to carry a child in hot weather... (spoiler free)

In the north hemisphere, it is best to conceive in autumn and deliver just before summer (Apr-May) the next year, so you don't have to experience the serious discomfort of carrying a big bundle around all the time under intensely hot weather, like the unfortunate wife in this movie does.
