What is a "Hex Massacre" and what did it have to do with this movie?
shareI just watched this for the first time and really don't know... but my guess would be maybe they originally thought about making the children be cursed, AKA hexed?
shareWell, it seems the whole island in general was cursed in that all of the children became psychotic. So maybe the island was hexed and the massacres occurred on it? I don't know, but "Who Can Kill A Child" is my favorite of the titles. It's really attention grabbing and makes the film sound very interesting.

Who knows why they chose 'Hex Massacre' but foreign distributors will often put meaningless titles on films which they hope will make them more saleable.
