When I was a kid and would sneak into the horror section at my local video store I'd see so many horror film VHS, and memorable covers. When I saw the cover for this one, the hood sack mask thing, I used to think this was about a KKK member. But my mom told me they had cone tipped hood masks.

I own the film now, the killer doesn't even go after African-Americans.

Ha ha. I can see why you thought that actually. This movie was really hard to track down for me when I tried to find it. Was not an easy one to find at the time I saw it.
