Agatha Christie's And Then There Were None

Isn't this movie and Christie's novel a bit similar? A group of men in an isolated place are killed one by one, possibly by one of them. It's of course a formula that has been used a lot since Christie popularised, but it seemed very similar. Even the killer's identity comes out of nowhere and it's someone you never suspect at all.

This world is a comedy to those that think, a tragedy to those that feel.
