Making-of book?

When I was a kid, my local library had a book on making a feature film, with a really dry title like "Making a Feature Film" or something, and the example they used throughout was To the Devil a Daughter. I remember some of the photos in the book kinda freaking me out, especially a guy on fire in a church (I still haven't seen the movie).

Does anyone know the actual title of the book?

My school library had the same book.

An odd choice of movie for a book aimed at kids. The film was very explicit.

The book was called The Facts about a Feature Film by Marjorie Bilbow (G Whizzard/Andre Deutsch, 1978).
